TRY: Mac N Cheese Spring Rolls. Fried Oreos.

It’s this adorable restaurant in Chelsea that’s open 24/7 [you already love it. I can tell]. The inside is trendy, but the food is relaxed and delicious. It’s literally my ideal restaurant because it’s pretty / hip /awesome  [crazy / sexy / cool] but you can show up in sweats and eat fried mac n cheese in the middle of the night. I’m getting hungry writing this.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant for brunch, lunch, dinner, late night, etc- EVERYTHING is good. Even their salads are amazing. The one thing I have to get every single time? Mac N Cheese spring rolls. Okay, I also always get a martini [slightly dirty ketel one. It’ll change your life].

You wanna know how you KNOW it’s that good? Because out of all of my years obsessing over this place, that is the ONLY photo I had. Just can’t stop myself from eating it long enough to snap pictures. It’s a friend spring roll with macaroni inside, served with cheese sauce on the side. THEY TOOK YOUR FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD AND FRIED IT. It sounds weird just reading it cold on the menu, but this is seriously delicious. Magically delicious, lucky charms style. Get it as an appetizer, or get it for yourself and eat every single one in pure happiness.

Also, while we’re on fried foods- the fried oreos are great. They come with milk and ice cream and yuuuum. Plus, where else can you get fried oreos?! You kind of have to try it just to know what they’re like.

You know that part in Mean Girls when Karen’s like “You wanna go to taco bell!?” Insert this restaurant and that’s the magic phrase with me. “You wanna go to Cafeteria?!”
