Blu Jam is one of the most popular brunch spots in Hollywood. There is always a long line with an hour long wait. I’ve been spending more time outside of downtown LA lately and when I ventured over to Calabasas, I discovered they have a Blu Jam there as well – with virtually NO WAIT! I had to stop in for brunch and order their famous french toast.

If you’re in Hollywood, the one on Melrose is well worth the wait. But if you find yourself in Calabasas – definitely stop by the other location and take advantage of the little to no wait times!
