Fast && Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Meal Replacement Smoothie

Looking for a fast and easy breakfast that’s still healthy? Try out my meal replacement smoothie recipe. It’s a healthy breakfast smoothie that is filled with nutrients, tastes great and takes less than five minutes to make:

INGREDIENTS:
-Fresh or Frozen fruit [I used blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas and cranberries. Tastes great with any combo of fruits]
-Kale
-Chia seeds [I use a teaspoon]
-Sunflower seeds [handful]
-Protein powder [I use Spirutein meal replacement in banana]
-Water
-Milk [Feel free to sub with orange juice, coconut water]

Blend ingredients together and you’re done! Quit your day job and start selling your concoction for $8 a juice.
